Vectriq can rewind / overhaul this stator alternator for you.
You need to send your old alternator stator to us.
Please note that your old stator is only accepted if it is an OEM part and in mechanically good condition; if for example a part of the metal core broke off we can’t provide this service.
Method used:
Your alternator is first stripped.
Then your stator core will be cleaned and sandblasted.
After that the stator core will get a new insulation.
The next step is rewinding.
Now the final coating will be applied.
